Top 3 Juices

Ingredients:

Beet, Carrot, and Apple Juice

  • 2 beetroots, quartered 
  • 3 carrots, washed
  • 1 green apple, washed and halved
  • 1 small knob of ginger, peeled
  • 1 lemon 

Green Juice 

  • 4 cups spinach or kale, washed
  • 4 stalks celery, washed
  • 1 green apple, washed and halved
  • 1 green pear, washed and halved
  • 1 small bunch parsley (optional)
  • 1 lemon

Carrot, Orange, and Ginger Juice 

  • 4 carrots, washed
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 small knob of ginger, peeled

Method:

Make these juices according to your juicers instructions – when I am using lemon in a juice, I always put it through last to help clean away the juicing pipe


My comments:

  • The juicer I have is an Oscar Neo cold press juicer, but other styles would also work well too
  • For all 3 juices, I scrub the veggies but leave the skin on (the only exception being the orange)
  • They seem to taste even better with some ice cubes thrown in to make them icy cold
